Volt Inu 2D Racers is a browser based online Game, where users can enjoy play for free races and pay to play for projects which they can choose and/or create before paying. The intent of the Game is to get prices in cryptocurrency for being highly positioned in the different leaderboards.
DEFINITIONS
Company or Companies: Volt Inu hereby and after “Volt Inu” and the United Swiss Technologies AG - Switzerland (and their affiliated company Forge21 Games Studios UG - Germany) hereby and after “Forge21 Game Studios”
Game or Race: means by Forge21 Game Studios distributed applications that run on dedicated Servers, where individual persons can play to earn tokens or coins, buy to play for projects, which then earn tokens or coins.
Site: means the http://game.voltinu.in website that any user with a crypto wallet connected can interact with.
Smart Contract: means the contract you automatically agree to on the Ethereum blockchain to execute transactions.
TERMS OF USE
Paying to play for a project is not an investment. Game development is determined by user interest, adoption, and social adoption. You, the owner, agree that you are paying to play for a project is not an investment and is for your own satisfaction. You understand that this game has no inherent monetary value, and it should be treated as nothing more than an enjoyable game and a chance to interact with your community. Volt Inu and Forge21 Game Studios UG make absolutely no promises or guarantees regarding the value of this Game aside from the one that we will strive to do the best for the project and the community.
By playing the Volt Inu 2D Racing Game from our website to interact with a smart contract, your wallet or a Coin/Token transfer; you acknowledge that you have read and do hereby accept the terms and conditions listed above.
Terms of use may be updated without notice at any moment; however, all changes will be updated on our Website and Telegram for convenience and ease. As the project advances the terms may be subject to modification at any moment.

This includes but is not limited to the intellectual property rights surrounding the names, logos, files, trademarks, the website, the look and feel of the user interface, the smart contract code, or anything else not specifically granted by any following licenses.
Taxes
You are entirely and solely responsible for any tax liability which may arise from paying to play for the projects. The amount you pay includes 20% for development, maintenance and promotion. 80 % redistributed as prizes to the winners (incl. both individuals and projects)
Children
The Volt Inu 2D Racing Game is not targeted towards children. You agree that you are over the age of 18, or above the legal age of your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
Disclaimer & Warranties
Volt Inu and Forge21 Game Studios to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, makes no warranties of any kind related to the Site, the Game, and the Smart Contracts, whether express or implied. This also applies for any communication between us and you after your purchase of a project race.
The Site, Game and Smart Contracts are provided "as is" and "as available" and you understand and agree that theVolt Inu 2d Racing Game is still in production and the Website, App, these Terms and the buyables may be subject to further development and change.
Volt Inu nor Forge-21 Game Studios will not be held accountable, responsible or liable for any losses or damages, whether direct or indirect, you incur as a results of your use of Smart Contracts and the Ethereum Network, and any payments and transactional actions performed by you in relation thereto.
You agree and understand that Volt Inu or Forge21 has no control over or and makes no warranties with respect to Smart Contracts, or losses due to blockchain or any other features of the Ethereum Network.
Limitation of liability
Volt Inu and Forge21 Game Studios cannot be held liable for any indirect, special, or incidental damages, such as but not limited to loss of data, loss of goodwill or business reputation, loss of profits (whether incurred directly or indirectly), or any other intangible loss you may incur, and you agree even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages. You agree and understand that the total, aggregated liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or your use of or access to the Site, the Game and the Smart Contracts will be limited to 30% of the total amount you paid to us in a period of 6 months prior to the date the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Volt Inu and Forge21 Game Studios and its subsidiaries, affiliates, offers, agencies, advertisers, licensors, suppliers or partners against any claim, loss, liability, damage, of any kind or nature, suit, judgment, litigation cost, and attorneys’ fees arising from or in any way related to your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site and the App, violation of Applicable laws, rules or regulations in connection with your access to or use of the Site and the Game.

When purchasing and using the Site and Game, we process your personal information. We are committed to protect your personal information from any unauthorized use, access, and disclosure.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any dispute relation thereto, or to the use of the Site, the Game, and the Smart Contracts, will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Switzerland. In the event of any lawsuit or proceeding, the Courts of Switzerland will have exclusive jurisdiction.
If a dispute arises relating to these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by informal negotiations. Termination
These Terms shall remain effective and in full force while you use the Site, the Game, and the Smart Contracts.
Termination may only be effectuated by you if you cancel your account and cease to use the Site, and the Game.
Termination or suspension, depending on the cause, may be effectuated by us for any breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site, the Game, or the Smart Contracts, without warning, in our sole discretion. Termination or suspension may also be effectuated by us for any other action performed by you justifying such termination or suspension, including but not limited to, for example, all at our sole discretion:
Upon termination your account will be deleted, your wallet blacklisted and your access to the Site and the Game will expire and any rights granted in these Terms will expire.

- Requirement by applicable law, rule or regulation;
- Termination or change of terms by third party service provider in relation to services necessary for us fulfill our obligations;
- Risk of continued services creating a substantial economic burden on us;
- Risk of continued services creating a security risk or material technical burden.
Upon termination your account will be deleted, your wallet blacklisted and your access to the Site and the Game will expire and any rights granted in these Terms will expire.
